Window and gutter cleaning. Add it to the wash.
Exterior window and gutter cleaning is our highest-value add-on — we're already on-site, already set up on ladders, and already dealing with water. Bundle it with a house wash or roof clean and you pay a fraction of the stand-alone rate. Exterior glass only (interior glass is a different trade).

What's included in this service?
- Water-fed pole exterior window cleaning (deionized water, spot-free)
- Traditional squeegee on ground-floor windows where preferred
- Screen removal, rinse, and reinstall
- Gutter exterior face cleaning (the black streaks on the fascia)
- Gutter interior flush (debris, grit, nest material)
- Downspout flush from the top with a pressure check at the outlet
- Skylight exterior cleaning
- Window track vacuum and wipe on ground-floor units
When do you need this service?
- It's the end of rainy season and the gutters are clogged
- Windows have a filmy haze from sprinklers and sea air
- Black streaks ('tiger stripes') running down the gutter faces
- Downspouts are overflowing in rain — likely a clog
- Recent roof wash left gutters holding algae kill-off
- You're booked for a house wash and want windows included
What do homeowners ask about Windows & Gutters?
Why is this an add-on and not a stand-alone service?
Because the setup cost — getting the truck and ladders to your house — is most of the margin on this one. Priced stand-alone it's $280 minimum, which we'll do, but you're better off bundling it with a house or roof wash and paying $180.
Do you clean interior windows?
No — interior glass is a different service with different tools and insurance, and the value for the money is much lower than exterior. We refer to a local window-cleaning partner when customers want full service.
What's a water-fed pole?
A telescoping pole with a brush head and deionized (mineral-free) water running through it. It cleans ground-to-second-story exterior glass without ladders and leaves the water to dry spot-free — no squeegee marks. Safer and faster than ladders on anything above the first floor.
Will gutter cleaning damage my gutters?
Not our method — we flush from the roof down with a medium-pressure wand, not high-pressure into the seams. We also check for loose hangers and separation during the visit. Noted issues go on your report, not a sales pitch.

Homeowners who hired us for this
North-facing side of our house was black with streaking. They softwashed the siding and the roof the same morning and left the place looking five years younger. No pressure damage to the stucco, no splatter on the windows. Honest pricing.
Got three quotes. Rinse Pro was the only one to explain the hot-water surface cleaner versus a cold-water wand. You can see the difference in the finish. Driveway looks like it was poured last week.
I was worried about them walking on our clay tile roof. They did the whole thing from the ground with a long soft-wash wand and the black streaks were gone in one visit. Professional, clean, and they showed up when they said they would.
