Commercial pressure washing for San Diego businesses.
Storefronts, parking lots, drive-thru lanes, dumpster pads, sidewalks, loading docks — every commercial surface has a different chemistry and a different schedule. We work nights and early mornings so your customers see a clean store, not a pressure-wash crew. Recurring service contracts priced by visit, not a sales pitch every quarter.

What do homeowners ask about Commercial?
Can you work after hours?
Yes — most of our commercial work runs 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. so we're done before you open. For shopping centers we'll coordinate with your property manager on water source and drain requirements. Lights, cones, and wet-floor signage come on the truck.
What about runoff and storm drain rules?
San Diego municipalities regulate wash water — especially at gas stations, drive-thrus, and anywhere with oil loading. We bring berms and vac recovery on jobs that need containment. For dumpster pads we use a low-water technique and capture runoff where required.
Do you handle fleet vehicle washing?
We clean fleet vehicles when it fits alongside a site wash, but we don't operate a dedicated fleet-wash route. Our focus is the ground — the concrete and sidewalks your customers walk on. If you need regular fleet service we can refer a partner.
Can you slow-pitch a quote without a full site visit?
For dumpster pads and small fixed scopes, yes — satellite images plus a few photos usually get us within $50 of the invoice. For storefronts, drive-thrus, and larger lots we come in person. The visit is free.

Homeowners who hired us for this
North-facing side of our house was black with streaking. They softwashed the siding and the roof the same morning and left the place looking five years younger. No pressure damage to the stucco, no splatter on the windows. Honest pricing.
Got three quotes. Rinse Pro was the only one to explain the hot-water surface cleaner versus a cold-water wand. You can see the difference in the finish. Driveway looks like it was poured last week.
I was worried about them walking on our clay tile roof. They did the whole thing from the ground with a long soft-wash wand and the black streaks were gone in one visit. Professional, clean, and they showed up when they said they would.
