Soft-wash house washing. The siding's dirty, not beat up.
Your house is not a driveway. High pressure on stucco, lap siding, or painted trim drives water behind the surface, chips paint, and cracks elastomeric coatings. We use a soft-wash system — low-pressure dual-lance with SH and surfactant — that kills the algae and rinses clean without firing water at your walls.

What do homeowners ask about House Washing?
What is soft washing?
Low-pressure application (typically 60–80 PSI at the wall) of a cleaning solution — sodium hypochlorite plus a surfactant that keeps it on the surface long enough to work. The chemistry kills algae, mildew, and gloeocapsa. Then we rinse with clean low-pressure water. No tip of a pressure wand ever touches your siding.
Will it hurt my plants?
Not if we do it right. We pre-wet every plant bed within overspray range, dilute the mix correctly, and post-rinse the foliage. Soft-wash pros do house washes every day around rose bushes, lemon trees, and Japanese maples. The damage stories come from DIY mixes that skip the pre-wet and use uncut SH.
How is soft wash different from pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses force to blast dirt off. Soft wash uses chemistry to kill and loosen what's there, then a gentle rinse. Concrete and masonry handle high pressure fine. Painted and wood surfaces do not — and stucco cracks from high pressure faster than people realize.
How long does it take to dry?
The walls are visibly dry in 30 to 60 minutes depending on sun and humidity. Full cure on any remaining chemistry is a couple hours. You can walk around the house immediately — we rinse everything at ground level.

Homeowners who hired us for this
North-facing side of our house was black with streaking. They softwashed the siding and the roof the same morning and left the place looking five years younger. No pressure damage to the stucco, no splatter on the windows. Honest pricing.
Got three quotes. Rinse Pro was the only one to explain the hot-water surface cleaner versus a cold-water wand. You can see the difference in the finish. Driveway looks like it was poured last week.
I was worried about them walking on our clay tile roof. They did the whole thing from the ground with a long soft-wash wand and the black streaks were gone in one visit. Professional, clean, and they showed up when they said they would.
