Concrete cleaning that brings the slab back.
Bare concrete — driveways, walkways, patios, garage floors, pool decks — takes a beating from sun, tires, irrigation rust, and foot traffic. We run a hot-water surface cleaner, treat stains with the right chemistry, and if you want the brighter result to actually last, we seal it with a penetrating silane or an acrylic topcoat.

What do homeowners ask about Concrete Cleaning?
Should I seal my concrete after cleaning?
If you want the result to last, yes. Unsealed concrete is a sponge — oil, rust, and mildew sink in within weeks. A penetrating silane goes invisible and blocks absorption for 3 to 5 years. Acrylic 'wet look' seals give a richer, slightly glossy finish and last 2 to 4 years before needing a refresh.
What is the white haze that came back after it rained?
Efflorescence — calcium and mineral salts migrating out of the slab. Common on newer concrete (under 2 years) or slabs with grading that holds moisture. It wipes off with an efflorescence cleaner, but it will return until the slab fully cures or we correct the moisture path. We'll flag it during the quote.
Can you fix uneven cleaning that another company left?
Usually. Wand-stripe marks, etched rings from a 0-degree tip, and patchy cleaning can be evened out with a proper surface cleaner re-pass. Deep etching into the aggregate is permanent — it can be masked with a seal but not truly removed.
Is a penetrating seal slippery?
No — silane and siloxane penetrating seals don't change the surface texture at all, so slip resistance stays the same. Acrylic topcoats can be slightly slicker when wet; we add an aluminum oxide or polymer grit anti-slip additive on pool decks and walking surfaces on request.

Homeowners who hired us for this
North-facing side of our house was black with streaking. They softwashed the siding and the roof the same morning and left the place looking five years younger. No pressure damage to the stucco, no splatter on the windows. Honest pricing.
Got three quotes. Rinse Pro was the only one to explain the hot-water surface cleaner versus a cold-water wand. You can see the difference in the finish. Driveway looks like it was poured last week.
I was worried about them walking on our clay tile roof. They did the whole thing from the ground with a long soft-wash wand and the black streaks were gone in one visit. Professional, clean, and they showed up when they said they would.
