Graffiti removal. Usually gone the same week.
Graffiti gets worse the longer it sits — UV sets the pigment, other taggers see an unanswered wall and add more. We respond same-week on most San Diego County addresses with material-specific removers: graffiti gel on stucco and masonry, solvent on metal and glass, soda blasting on soft stone, soft-wash rinse to finish.

What do homeowners ask about Graffiti Removal?
Will the graffiti leave a ghost?
On stucco and porous masonry, sometimes — a faint shadow can remain even after the pigment is out. For high-visibility walls we can follow removal with a color-matched paint-over or a full wall repaint. On smoother surfaces (metal, glass, sealed brick) removal is usually complete.
What is an anti-graffiti coating?
A sacrificial or permanent coating applied to a wall that makes future tag removal fast and clean. Sacrificial coatings peel off when you pressure-wash the graffiti — the wall underneath is untouched. Permanent anti-graffiti coatings let you wipe tags off with solvent. Worth it on repeat-target walls.
Can you match the paint on a painted wall?
We carry common stucco and trim color matches (off-whites, warm grays, desert-tan tones) and can color-match on site with a swatch reader for less common colors. For custom corporate colors, we'll need the paint code or a chip to match at a paint store.
Do you coordinate with the city on public property?
We work on private property. For public walls, sidewalks, and utility boxes the city Graffiti Control program is usually free — we'll point you there rather than charging you to do what the city will do. For private property adjacent to public walls, we handle the private side.

Homeowners who hired us for this
North-facing side of our house was black with streaking. They softwashed the siding and the roof the same morning and left the place looking five years younger. No pressure damage to the stucco, no splatter on the windows. Honest pricing.
Got three quotes. Rinse Pro was the only one to explain the hot-water surface cleaner versus a cold-water wand. You can see the difference in the finish. Driveway looks like it was poured last week.
I was worried about them walking on our clay tile roof. They did the whole thing from the ground with a long soft-wash wand and the black streaks were gone in one visit. Professional, clean, and they showed up when they said they would.
